Most in stock items are shipped USPS or UPS within 1-5 business days. If your order is more urgent, please make sure to send us an email so that we can make arrangements.
A tracking number will be emailed to you. It is your sole responsibility to track and claim your package. We cannot guarantee delivery time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us no later than 48 hrs from receiving the package. Please email photos of damaged items. Please keep all the broken items and original packaging. You may be required to show the items to your local post office.
All of our pieces are handmade, expect variances and slight imperfections. If ordering multiples, no two are exactly alike, but they will be well matched. We want you to love your new pottery. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 78 hours, so that we may resolve any issues. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 78 hours of receiving the item. Shipping cost is always nonrefundable.
